GENERAL COMMISSIONS
Same as pricing above for animal portraits
Buyer understands that the portrait is done in the style that best represents the artist's interpretation of the subject.  After portrait is completed, artist will entertain one change within a month of completion of painting.  There will be no changes thereafter.  Customer will be required to pay for shipping and any framing charges.  Artist will receive a 10% commission over cost (for design) of any framing charge incurred.  
A 25% down payment is required before the artist starts the painting.  If the buyer decides not to purchase the painting after completion, the artist has all rights to the painting and is not required to reimburse the customer.
